A Little More Heart, A Little More Depth
Over the past several years, something has been organically unfolding in my work.
While much of my professional life has been dedicated to supporting teams and organizations strengthen their capacity to connect, collaborate, and innovate, more and more clients have been inviting me into a different kind of space: one-on-one coaching.
I love it. There's a focused, quiet and profound energy in the intimacy of a powerful coaching conversation. Without the dynamics of a group, the layers of organizational politics, or the pressure to have it all figured out, we can share more vulnerably, discuss the unmentionables, and embrace the mess that is this human experience. We explore the stories we tell ourselves, the patterns that keep us stuck, and the possibilities we haven't yet imagined.
Often, something shifts. A new perspective emerges. An assumption loosens its grip. A story finds more nuance. A leader discovers a little more freedom in how they choose to show up.
Witnessing these moments while supporting mission-driven leaders in becoming more grounded, effective, and relational has been the most rewarding and heart-opening work of my career. So, I'm leaning in.
In a couple of weeks, I'll begin my coaching certification journey with Teleos Leadership Institute. Yes, my background in organizational and human development has given me a strong foundation for my coaching work thus far, and I'm hungry to return to the learner's seat, deepen my craft, be in a cohort with other learners, and continue refining my skills for supporting human potential.
I'd love to invite you along for the journey. During the six months of my certification program, I'll be offering one-on-one leadership coaching on a sliding scale to a limited number of interested clients. Whether you're navigating a transition, wrestling with a leadership challenge, exploring what's next, or simply wanting to become more intentional about how you live and lead, I'd be honored to hold space for that exploration together.
This isn't a departure from my work with teams and organizations. It's an evolution. A more intimate and courageous expression of what I've felt called to do all along: support people reconnect with their hearts, discover more of themselves, and bring that fullness into how they lead.
The longer I do this work, the more I realize that the greatest gift I can offer isn't an answer, a framework, or an alternate perspective. It's the space for another human being to encounter themselves more fully and discover what's possible. And with each of these moments, I become more certain: this is the gift I'm here to give.
